Hello BIASC Members,
Incredibly, there are only 35 days left in the year. Last week we celebrated all the things we are thankful for, and continuing in that spirit, today is Giving Tuesday, a movement to create an international day of charitable giving at the beginning of the Christmas and holiday season.
BIASC created HomeAid Orange County in 1989, and for the past 29 years, through the generosity of our members, HomeAid has successfully completed 60 building and renovating development projects throughout Orange County, providing facilities that range from emergency shelters, to transitional/bridge housing, to permanent supportive housing. These projects have successfully transformed over 60,000 lives in this time.
On this day of all days in the year, we ask that you consider joining us in ending homelessness for victims, families, children and veterans. Click here to make a contribution, and thank you for your continued generous support.

Water Forum
Our Water Forum with Moulton Niguel Water District, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, and the California Department of Water Resources was a huge success with a full house of attendees!
Guest speakers Jeff Kightlinger (General Manager, MWD), Cindy Messer (Chief Deputy Director, CA Department of Water Resources) and moderator Joone Lopez (General Manager, Moulton Niguel Water District) joined BIASC CEO Jeff Montejano in a discussion regarding the future of water in our state, in addition to giving updates on water projects such as CA Water Fix.
