Hello BIASC Members,
The year is ending, and in 2018 we updated our communication style and social media reach, increased advocacy by reorganizing our Building Industry Legal Defense (BILD) to better represent our members, and changed the way our members traditionally network by revamping the Building Industry Show. Thank you for joining us and making this year so memorable.
Growth and change will lead us forward into the new year as we build relationships with our new governor-elect and new local representatives. We will continue to monitor and champion issues forefront to our industry including CEQA reformation, split-role, rent control, inclusionary zoning and more.
Membership benefits and opportunities will increase with our Front Row premium event series, starting with a private suite at the Farmers Open (see below).
Thank you for the opportunity to represent you as together we seek to better our current housing crisis in the state so many call home. We wish you a very Happy Holiday season, from our "Home" to yours.
