Hello BIASC Members,
This Spring, there will be several opportunities for our members to participate on multiple advocacy and networking fronts, starting with our Builders in the Desert next week in Palm Desert.
We are sending a delegation back to Sacramento and Washington D.C. to advocate on behalf of our industry and members. We have a few open spaces for each trip which will include VIP meetings and special events.
BIASC is also hosting our first ever Junior Builder Camp for kids. Join us for the kickoff event on May 18th at the Brookfield Design Center.
This month, we are launching our New Home Showcase - the first non-profit sponsored online sales directory in the United States to connect homebuyers to builders.
Through our FrontRow experiences, we offer you the opportunity to join us in Palm Desert, at PCBC in San Francisco, and on a VIP advocacy trip to Washington D.C..
At the Building Industry Show 2.0 we have the pleasure of hosting Vice President Dick Cheney as our keynote speaker. Don't miss out on this and other exciting keynotes and events that will take place at the beautiful Pechanga Resort in Temecula.

New Home Showcase
New Home Showcase is the first non-profit sponsored online sales directory in the United States to connect homebuyers to builders. BIASC will cross-promote its long and reputable history while promoting home builders' communities in Southern California.
This new marketing model replaces the typical sales middlemen with a reputable non-profit organization empowering better purchase decisions for home buyers.

Junior Builder Camp
The Building Industry Association of Southern California is excited to announce our new Junior Builder initiative, designed to encourage young people to become a part of the dynamic building industry.
Our kick-off event will feature fun activities, games, demonstration of the Roblox game 'Welcome to Bloxburg', tour of the Brookfield Residential Design Studio and more!
