The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) announced the 2024 BIASC Hall of Legends Class of Inductees, nominated by each BIA Chapter, during the annual Building Industry Show (BIS) and Installation Gala in Temecula. The distinguished honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the building industry and have demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout their careers.

The 2024 BIASC Hall of Legends Class of Inductees are as follows: Donna Deutchman, President & CEO, Homes4Families; Dr. Marilyn Ditty (Posthumous), Founder, Age Well Senior Services, Inc.; Ted Dutton, Founder, Dutton & Associates, Inc.; Patrick Fuscoe, Founder & Chairman, Fuscoe Engineering;·Wes Keusder, President, Keusder Homes; Steve Murow, Founder, Murow Development Consultants; Jeff Roos, Regional President, Lennar; Borre Winckel, Past BIA Riverside County Chapter Executive Officer.

“BIASC congratulates all inductees for this well-deserved recognition,” said BIASC COO/EVP Craig Foster. “Their relentless pursuit of excellence has not only shaped our industry but has also positively impacted the lives of countless individuals in our region. We look forward to celebrating their achievements together.”

The inductees will be officially recognized at each Chapter’s installation ceremonies, which will be held later this year. These include the BIA Orange County Chapter Installation Gala on Saturday, November 2nd at Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, and the BIA Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter Installation Gala on Thursday, November 21st at Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.
