The Building Industry Association of Southern California will host an evening gala hosting the 43rd President of the United States, George W. Bush, on Wednesday, October 26, at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Former President Bush’s appearance continues BIASC’s tradition of hosting prominent national leaders, including former Vice President Dick Cheney and former U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson.
As part of BIASC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative, this special evening will also feature an important discussion among homebuilding industry leaders regarding the industry’s unique and vital role in supporting affordable housing opportunities for our nation’s veterans.
“As our veterans answered our country’s call and served with honor and distinction, the Southern California Building Industry will increase our support, ensuring that their housing needs remain the highest priority and a core commitment of our organization. They will always have a home with us,” said CEO Jeff Montejano.
“California’s housing crisis continues to have a significant impact on the most vulnerable including our veterans and their families,” said BIA LA-Ventura Chapter Board Member Donna Deutchman, CEO, Homes 4 Families. “I’m proud to support the BIA’s advocacy commitment to help improve the housing availability and affordability of our heroic veterans.”
This special event will also include the installation of the 2023 BIASC Los Angeles/Ventura County Chapter President and Board of Directors.
This formal gala event is an evening you will not want to miss.
